Inspiration board

ok, so here is my inspiration board. My colours change almost everyday but I have replaced the sage green with grey. Let me know what you think? I think it will all come together once I get my dress and bridesmaids dresses etc. Found some great white paper lanterns today which I think will be perfect and I have also started designing the invitations just to get a REALLY big head start! Let me know your thoughts!!!

Grey & Pink

My wedding colour combination is starting to drive me nuts and I need to make a decision. I came across these lovely really light grey dresses and also these light pink shoes - what does everyone think? Maybe I should stop worrying so much and just go with the flow! Also found a cool violinist through my friends music academy - he is amazing!

Wedding Villa

Lisa Ho

So today I did my first wedding dress outing. I was scared! So first stop wasLeona Edminston Vintage on Greville street. Amazing clothes but only two white dresses which were a bit too casual. Next stop was Collette Dinnigan on Chapel Street. Beautiful, amazing dress but perhaps not quite right for me. Next stop was Lisa Ho in Prahran. I was feeling pretty excited as I walked in. All of the dresses I saw were amazing! I tried a few on and think I am SOLD! A lovely strapless white gown - almost grecian style. Just need to do a trip back with Mum and Sis to make sure. For some reason I can't find much in the way of images so here is another Lisa Ho dress to brighten up your day! Another shoot from Jonas Peterson - lovely.

Wow!

The groom made his brides wedding dress and it is oh so cute. I came aross this post from Joanna Goddard who is really inspiring me this week. I wish I was brave enough to wear a short dress! Love the shoes too!  So today I am still looking for the BCBG dress but think I will head of to a couple of shops to see if I can find something I actually like! Fingers crossed and hope my credit card survives!

Wedding Dress Help

Ok so I have spent today organising the wedding (about time you might say!) So we have booked our villa for the weekend (amazing) I will post pics tomorrow. For now I am completely stressed out about my dress but getting closer. I am really leaning towards the whole buy online thing - I really don't want an 'over the top',  fullon bridal dress - I just want simple!!! I have been strongly advised NOT to do this but it feels right to me! So I have a few dress options from J Crew - which I love and also Nordstrom which I don't love as much but I know once I put on some awesome shoes and a few accessories the whole day will fit together perfectly.

So here are the two dresses I am debating today - let me know what you think!!

mmm chocolate!!

Yesterday we travelled down the Peninsula and stopped in at the chocolate factory. On arrival you are given a small sample of their chocolates. I was given $20 to spend and bought about 5 chocolates - but they were SO delicious!!

Lovely

Had a lovely day today starting with a bike ride with MCP. Then off for a drive to the Peninsula and lunch at the Merricks general store - then to the chocolate factory - oh what a discovery - I will post pics tomorrow.

Tonight I have been doing some more wedding drooling and came across the blog of Jose Villa amazing work!

Mini inspiration board

Here is my first ever wedding inspiration board. This is just a mini version of the large version which I am working on so it is a work in progress. I just have too many pictures that I love that I want to include! Basically the style is simple, rustic and a little bit vintage. Let me know what you think of this first one and the second will be posted shortly!

Inspiration Board

As you can see I am all about inspiration boards at the moment. I have been so crazy busy this week I haven't had a chance to do any wedding planning and now I am starting to worry...

So many thing on my list I really need to start crossing off!!!

Here is the latest colour board I have come across that suits my taste. I am getting closer and closer  - all I need to do is find the time to put my own inspiration board together because I know it will be exactly what I am after!

Inspiration Board

I just came across this inspiration board from Ritzy Bee. It's a shame I am so indecisive - I just want to make a decision about my colour palette but I keep seeing more that I like! But I love these colours and have steered away from the Raspberry/Chocolate look. Let me know what you think of this one - love the idea of incorporating the striped material. I think I need to make my own inspiration board from scratch so I can keep it for reference and stop changing my mind!
