Over the weekend I snuck in an hour walk at one of my favourite spots – Albert Park Lake. Even though it was quite a dreary day it is such a nice spot. Tested out a bit of running to see how my hip injury is going and was pleasantly surprised. In training for the 70k Degani Ride and the 10k DeCastella run so will keep you updated on those!
