Saturday morning

So it's Saturday morning. After work drinks last night I am feeling a little tired but I finally have some time to spend on my design work which I am very happy about. I have also been doing some etsy shopping and came across this cute bag from AggieRay - very cute!

Sunday morning

oh how I love Sunday morning. Was supposed to get up for a ride but alas it is yet another windy windy Sunday morning. So after and exhausting week I am sipping coffee, searching through etsy and working on my new design shop. Very exited to make my first sale this morning. Also came across this super cute skirt from JaneyClothing. Hopefully I will get a chance to post lots of other cool finds today. Enjoy your Sunday everyone! x

Must resolve colour scheme dilemma!

So since we got engaged I have been pouring over wedding blogs, dresses, colour schemes, wedding invitations, flowers - it never ends.

The time has come to choose my colour palette - and when I say palette it will be a palette - not one colour. Let me know what you think of this one?

Wedding Dress Search

So far my wedding dress shopping hasn't been all that successful. I have certainly seen lots of dresses that I don't want! So I need something that will be quite easy to wear, not too traditional and flattering of course! 

So I am off to Collette Dinnigan this week!

Blossoms

Since the weather has started turning all of the Spring Cherry Blossoms are starting to bloom and I am finding myself just seeing them everywhere!

Busy, busy, busy

Wow - what a busy day! Worked with MCP this morning, off to get some new shoes, cheered on the hockey boys, thai for dinner and now off to a 30th. Can't wait for early morning bike ride and some rest/etsy time in the afternoon!

This week

So I haven't had much time for posting this week and certainly haven't had a chance to do any of my wedding planning as I had hoped. So what have I been doing? Well apart from working, Monday night I visited my Aunt and Uncle who live just down the street. Tuesday night it was windtrainer at Albert Park Lake with Coach Andy - absolutely loving being back! Wednesday night it was Naked Japan (that's a great little Japanese restaurant) with Liane & Ray. And tonight it is back to windtrainer. Although I have to say I am feeling completely exhausted. Bring on the weekend. If I have enough time I will be making my Donna Hay Chocolate Fondant which I have been thinking about all week. And hopefully making a much prettier post on my blog! see you soon!

I have fallen in love with these dresses from sarahseven. 

Oh how I would love to have one of these dresses for my bridesmaids or even for myself for the wedding. The first dress is called Peachy Keen and is a gorgeous chiffon dress and the second one is 'a peaceful afternoon dress'. I love them both!!

Albert Park Lake

Over the weekend I snuck in an hour walk at one of my favourite spots – Albert Park Lake. Even though it was quite a dreary day it is such a nice spot. Tested out a bit of running to see how my hip injury is going and was pleasantly surprised. In training for the 70k Degani Ride and the 10k DeCastella run so will keep you updated on those!

Salmon Clutch

In my search for wedding inspiration this week I came across this beautiful salmon clutch purse with satin flower by mollusa. I am loving wedding items that are a little bit different and interesting and can't wait to start purchasing items for my wedding!
